Man, those lizard people are launching some heavy mind-control lasers these days.

Informed speculation I've seen is saying an advanced Orion type payload... which led to credible sources saying it has a 100 METER diameter dish. I had no idea that the NRO could do such fancy metal origami.

Yes. On top of that, I had no idea there were dishes that large up there. I thought a 10 meter dish was big.
